GOAL SETTING TIPS

When was the last time you set yourself some goals? Or when was the last time you re-assessed your current goals? Did you have a new year's resolution which went out the window by February?

Now is the best time to re-evaluate

and get yourself back on track

for the remainder of the year.

Here's a few goal setting tips to help you along the way:

Have a plan - If you know exactly what you need to do in order to achieve your goals and construct a plan you are more likely to achieve them.
Set smaller goals - As stepping stones to your big goal, the feeling of success and achievement along the way will keep you motivated to continue. 
Write them down somewhere you will see everyday - It will keep you accountable! Accept that you will have bad days. This doesn't mean everything goes out the window, just reset, forget and continue where you left off.
Have fun - Goal setting should be an exciting process. ​Just relax and enjoy the ride!
